is Christmas over?

We survived.. we had a fabulous Christmas.. for just a few hours until these guys decided to move in to our house

Macy showed her talents on Sunday when she projectile vomited all over the van on the way to Christmas at the McClafferty's.. We chalked that up to "excitement" and eating alot of "junk", but on Christmas Eve night, Macy vomited a few more times..

I knew then that it was some kind of bug.. she was fine Christmas morning, then she got ill again, Then Chase.. he vomited quite a few times, but the scary part came on Christmas day when Chase had nothing left to vomit and decided to scare the crap out of everybody when his body fell limp everytime he had to vomit, he was non-responsive at some times and we all know that Chase has put us through one scary as heck roller coaster ride when he had a Febrile Seizure.. BUT.. it's CHRISTMAS DAY.. and everybody is with their families.. EVERYBODY.. so who's a girl to call? Jessica Redden.. who didn't answer, but called me RIGHT BACK.. I had an idea of what I needed to do, but just needed another person to tell me.. so.. my Mom and I packed Chase up and I sat in back with him and we drove to the ER..

Jessica has this down to a T.. she told me exactly what was going to happen and it all happened.. just like she told me.. even down to the 4 people holding Chase down while trying to get an IV, We were only there for 5 hours.. FIVE HOURS.. we even heard a "code blue" while we were there.. So the poor little guy vomited quite a few times on the way there, 5-6 times in the waiting room, 2-3 times in the room, they TRIED 5 times to get an IV to no avail.. he was de-hydrated. The poor little guy..

Fast forward just a few hours when I call home to check on the rest of the crew and now Devin is vomiting.. ughhh..... so we finally made it home, after a lot of pedialyte , Chase finally perked up.

Well... Devin had a touch of it and was in good spirits and I missed all the worst of it.. But Mommy,Daddy and Grandma did NOT make it out unscathed... Chad had it on Wednesday and I had it on Thursday and Friday, Grandma had it on Thursday (minus the vomiting)..

it's HORRIBLE and we're still not done with it, while the vomiting is gone, they're all 3 sick with diarrhea and some coughing..

this will be a Christmas we'll never forget!
